This was announced by organising committee chairman Siddharth Singh during a press conference.<br>He said that during the inauguration ceremony, Dharmendra of Bahraich will attempt to create a world record by smashing 76 coconuts in just nine seconds.<br>All India Divyang Cricket Association General Secretary Sanjay Chaurasia said that six teams from Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Odisha and Vidarbha will participate in the tournament. All the teams are scheduled to reach Varanasi on October 8.<br>Association president Dr Uttam Ojha said the tournament aims to empower persons with disabilities and provide them with greater opportunities to advance through sports. He said the event would provide a national platform to showcase the talent, confidence and participation of Divyang players.<br>Several public representatives and distinguished guests are also expected to participate in the event.<br>Those present at the press conference included Akhilesh Yadav, Gautam Jaiswal, Roshan Dwivedi, Subodh Rai, Pradeep Rajbhar, Madanmohan Verma and Pranjal Agrahari, along with other office-bearers and members of the organising committee.
