Women from the Veerangana Kshatriya Mahasabha participated enthusiastically in the programme.<br>The primary objective was to raise awareness about mental health among women and encourage them to share their emotional and psychological concerns without hesitation. With Dr. Tanu Singh\u2019s encouragement, the participants openly discussed their concerns and received guidance on maintaining better mental well-being.<br>During the programme, women were encouraged not to suppress their mental health concerns but to speak openly about them and seek professional advice whenever necessary.
