Varanasi: Members of the Auto Union of the Bharatiya Awam Party (National) took out a march in support of the Election Commission from Cutting Memorial to Golghar Crossing in Varanasi. Party workers raised slogans against the Congress and the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP), demanding the resignations of Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Vadra and Mallikarjun Kharge. The party also raised allegations concerning foreign funding and called for an investigation.
Party president Didi Nazma Parveen said that every Subhashwadi worker of the party would continue to fight for the national interest. Targeting CJP leader Abhijit Deepke, she questioned the alleged sources of his funding. She claimed that foreign assistance was being used to promote activities against the country and demanded an investigation into the allegations.
Kamalakant Singh (Guddu), president of the party’s Auto Union, criticised the Congress, alleging that the party was raising questions about the Election Commission and Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) with the aim of making Rahul Gandhi the Prime Minister. He said the Congress was concerned about the Election Commission’s decision to initiate the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. According to him, the process would help identify fake voters. He expressed support for the Election Commission and reiterated the demand for the resignation of opposition leaders.

Party leaders also raised political questions concerning the governments of Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh and Kerala. They said that all parties should present evidence to substantiate their allegations before questioning the electoral process.
Those present included Dr Kavindra Narayan Srivastava, Afroz Ahmad, Kaleemuddin, Liaquat Ali, Rajesh Kumar Singh, Ashok Seth, Jayanta Pathak, Krishna Kumar Maksudan, Brijesh Kumar, Ashok Gupta, Bhupendra, Sujeet Kumar, Ajit Rajbhar, Vishal Pathak, Chandrika Prasad Maurya, Vipin Srivastava, Arvind Seth, Jalaluddin and Rajkumar, along with auto-rickshaw drivers and party workers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
