RULES OF SOCIETY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Membership will be given in the name of one single person, which will normally be non-transferable. In the event of death of a member of Multidimensional Educational Technical & Research Society, shall have the right to take any decision on the application of his natural heir for transferring the membership.
2. The membership of Multidimensional Educational Technical & Research Society will be absolutely personal which will be conferred on a particular for full compliance with the following rules.
3. The donation for the membership of Multidimensional Educational Technical & Research Society is fully non-refundable.
4. If a member conducts himself in violation of the rules and aims of Multidimensional Educational Technical & Research Society or is found involved in an activity tamishing the image of this Organization, he shall automatically cease to be a member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION POLICY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1 – A member may resign from membership of the Multidimensional Educational Technical & Research Society and upon acceptance of his resignation by the Executive Committee, he shall cease to be a member.
2 – The annual subscription of member shall become due on 31 December of each year. If the subscription is not paid within 60 days from the 31 December of each year, the member will be deemed to be a defaulter. If any member fails to pay his subscription beyond the period of 60 days from 31 December of each year, the Secretary shall issue a notice calling for payment through certified post of such dues within 30 days and if payment is not made within the said 30 days from the date of receipts of the notice, the member shall cease to be a member of the Association.
3 – A member who causes damage or prejudice to the Association or who does not comply with the rules and regulations of the Association may be expelled from membership of the Association by a resolution of the Executive Committee, Passed at a duly convened meeting and supported by atleast one third 3\/4 of members present.
4 – The voting on the resolution shall be by Secret Ballot. The President shall have a casting vote. Multidimensional Organization believes in helping its members as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UNDER THE MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION POLICY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of applying. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the services have been communicated to the members and they have initiated the process of service them and obtained membership identity number and reference number with certificate. If paid by net banking, refunds will be issued to net banking provided at the time of services and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
