Stree Shakti Samman’ Celebrates Women’s Empowerment at Saket Villa During Navratri
Discussion highlights the role of Artificial Intelligence in tourism, hospitality and enhancing guest experiences
Varanasi: The Live Tourism Women Cell (LTWC) organised the ‘Stree Shakti Samman’ programme at Saket Villa Hotel in Sankat Mochan, Varanasi, as part of the Navratri celebrations. The event focused on women’s empowerment, spiritual heritage and the growing role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the tourism industry.
Former Airport Director Aryama Sanyal, the chief guest, shared her views on women’s leadership in tourism, the potential of attracting international tourists and the importance of delivering better guest experiences. BJP Varanasi Mahanagar General Secretary Pooja Dixit, the guest of honour, appreciated the initiative.
During a session titled ‘AI Redesign the Tourism’, Rishi Upadhyay explained how AI-powered voice agents, smart booking systems and WhatsApp chatbots can improve hotel operations and enhance customer service. He also presented a live demonstration showcasing the practical applications of AI in the tourism and hospitality sectors.
Dhananjay Tripathi highlighted the spiritual significance of Maa Durga and Kashi’s rich religious heritage. Tapas Das welcomed the guests, while Anand Prakash Dubey delivered the vote of thanks.
The programme brought together discussions on women’s empowerment, the cultural identity of Kashi and technology-driven opportunities for the future of tourism.
