- संस्था के द्वारा बनाए गए स्ट्रक्चर को मैंने भली–भांति पढ़ व समझ लिया है मैं अपने ऊपर के समस्त पदाधिकारियों का हृदय से सम्मान करूंगा व उनके द्वारा दिए गए दिशा निर्देशों का पालन करूंगा ।

- पत्रकारिता के लेख मेरे स्वयं के द्वारा लिखे गए हैं तथा बनाई गई वीडियो मेरी स्वयं की है इसमें किसी भी प्रकार की कट, कॉपी, पेस्ट व एडिटिंग नहीं किया गया है ।
Journalism articles are written by my own self and the video made is my own, there is no cut, copy, paste, and editing of any kind.
- संस्था की ओर से मुझे 6 माह तक प्रोविजनल पत्रकारिता के क्षेत्र में रखा जा रहा है ।
On behalf of the institution, I am being kept in the field of Provisional Journalism for 6 months.
- मैं प्रत्येक सप्ताह 3 न्यूज़ तथा 1 वीडियोग्राफी व प्रत्येक माह 15 न्यूज़ व 5 वीडियोग्राफी उपलब्ध कराऊंगा ।
I will provide 3 news and 1 videography every week and 15 news and 5 videography every month.
- मैं कभी भी किसी भी गलत खबर का व अश्लील चित्र का, अश्लील वीडियोग्राफी का तथा गलत तरीके से आईडी कार्ड का प्रयोग नहीं करूंगा ।
I will never use any wrong news and pornographic images, pornographic videography, and wrongly use ID cards.
- संस्था में मेरी नियुक्ति पत्रकारिता के रूप में अध्यक्ष महोदय के साक्षात्कार के बाद ही की जा रही है ।
My appointment in the institution is being done only after the interview of the Chairman as Journalism.
- मैं यह पत्रकारिता समाज सेवा के तौर पर कर रहा हूं यदि संस्था के द्वारा मुझे कोई मानदेय प्राप्त नहीं होता तो इसके लिए मैं किसी भी न्यायालय में दावेदारी पेश नहीं करूंगा ।
I am doing this journalism as a social service, if I do not receive any honorarium by the institution, then I will not claim it in any court.
- यदि संस्था मुझे मान्यता प्राप्त पत्रकार बनाने या मास कम्युनिकेशन के क्षेत्र में डिग्री डिप्लोमा कराने में असमर्थ रहती है तो मैं किसी भी न्यायालय में दावेदारी पेश नहीं करूंगा ।
If the institution is unable to make me a recognized journalist or to get a degree diploma in the field of mass communication, then I will not file a claim in any court.
- संस्था के द्वारा पत्रकारिता के लिए मेरी नियुक्ति पूर्णतया नि:शुल्क की जा रही है इसमें मुझसे किसी भी प्रकार का कोई शुल्क नहीं लिया गया है ।
My appointment for journalism is being done completely free of cost by the organization, in which no fee of any kind has been charged from me.
- पत्रकारिता के क्षेत्र में प्रयुक्त होने वाले प्रमुख उपकरण– जैसे माइक, कैमरा आदि का भुगतान मैं स्वयं करूंगा इसके लिए मैं संस्था से मांग नहीं करूंगा ।
I will pay for the major equipment used in the field of journalism – like a mic, camera, etc. I will not ask the organization for this.
- संस्था के द्वारा मुझे नियुक्ति पत्र, अधिकार पत्र व आई0डी0 कार्ड समय रहते उपलब्ध करवा दिया गया है ।
The appointment letter, authority letter, and ID card have been made available to me by the organization in time.
- पत्रकारिता से संबंधित संस्था की ओर से दिये गये शपथ पत्र को व पत्रकारिता की प्रमुख शर्तों को मैंने भली–भांति पढ़ व समझ लिया है व बहुत ही सोच विचार करने के बाद मैंने हस्ताक्षर किए हैं ।
I have read and understood the affidavit given by the journalism-related institution and the major conditions of journalism and after considering it very carefully, I have signed it.
- यदि उपरोक्त आवश्यक शर्तों में मुझे किसी भी शर्त में गलत पाया जाता है तो मेरी पत्रकारिता निरस्त कर दी जाए मुझे किसी भी प्रकार की कोई आपत्ति नहीं होगी ।
If in any of the conditions above I am found wrong in any condition, then my journalism should be canceled, I will not have any objection of any kind.
