Faheem Khan—an Associate Professor in the Chemistry Division of the Department of Biotechnology at Era University—has been selected among the top 5% of scientists worldwide, alongside other scientists from the university. Era University has consistently seen its standing rise in the fields of health and medicine; its researchers and professors publish dozens of research papers in world-class journals and file patents annually. Since 2016, the university has been running PhD programs across various disciplines, with hundreds of students and researchers building their careers there. Dr Faheem Era Univst Chem: Dr. khan has been awarded NET- JRF fellowship for PhD (CDRI, Lucknow). He has also received a prestigious postdoctoral DS Kothari fellowship. His research portfolio includes over 78 research articles, more than 26 books and book chapters, and over 1,800 citations (H-index 25 ). He holds one patent and has three others currently in the process of being granted. For a long time, Dr. Khan has been working in the Chemistry Division of Era University’s Biotechnology Department, focusing on natural product chemistry—specifically the study of phytochemicals in medicinal plants—and the development of biosensor-based devices. He is currently a member of the R&D wings of various research institutes, NGOs, and universities, and provides PhD guidance and training to numerous research scholars. He has organized many seminars and conferences and has been honored by various institutions.
