Missing 17-Year-Old Girl in Cholapur; ₹10,000 Reward Announced for Information
Varanasi: A 17-year-old girl, identified as Sanno Kumari, daughter of Pramod Kumar and a resident of Puredhurshah village under Cholapur police station, has been missing since the early hours of June 11, 2026. She reportedly left her home at around 4 a.m. and has not been traced despite efforts by her family and the police.
Sanno Kumari is approximately five feet tall and has a dusky complexion. At the time of her disappearance, she was reportedly wearing grey-coloured clothes.
The Cholapur police have appealed to the public to provide any information regarding the missing girl. Informants can contact the Cholapur police station’s CUG number 9454404383. A reward of ₹10,000 has been announced for information leading to her whereabouts. Information can also be shared with Sub-Inspector Chandrabhushan of Ajgara Police Outpost at 78398 56878. The police have assured that the identity of the informant will be kept confidential.
