Over 250 Jewellers Attend AIJGF National Jewellers Meet in Varanasi
Varanasi: The National Jewellers Meet (NJM) 2026, organized by the All India Jewellers & Goldsmith Federation (AIJGF), was held at The Elegance Hotel in Varanasi. Organised in association with the Varanasi Sarafa Association, the event witnessed the participation of more than 250 jewellers and goldsmiths from Varanasi and various districts of Purvanchal.
AIJGF National President Pankaj Arora, Uttar Pradesh President Manish Verma and National Office Bearer Sagar Kesarwani highlighted the importance of adopting new technology, maintaining quality standards, ensuring business security and strengthening the jewellery trade through a united organisation.
Experts delivered informative sessions on BIS Hallmarking, Jewellery Insurance, Business Growth, Business Security and BSN-317, among other industry-related topics.
Varanasi Sarafa Association President Santosh Agrawal, General Secretary Ravi Sarraf, Treasurer Shashank Agrawal, Senior Vice-President Raju Agrawal Narayan Das, Vice-President Sumit Verma and Advisors Mohan Agrawal and Prahlad Agrawal welcomed the dignitaries. The programme concluded with the felicitation of guests and a collective pledge to strengthen the jewellery industry and the organisation. Prominent jewellers, including Anikesh Gupta, Raja Seth, Ajay Seth, Vinod Seth, Govind Agrawal and Arpit Jaiswal, were also present.
