Free Health Camp at Medanta Hospital Draws Large Crowd in Varanasi
Varanasi: A free health check-up camp was organized on Sunday at Ganesh Dham Colony, Nevada-Sundarpur, jointly by Lions Club Varanasi Ganga, Ganesh Dham Vikas Samiti and Medanta Hospital, Lucknow. A large number of residents attended the camp and availed themselves of free medical consultation and diagnostic services.
The camp was inaugurated in the presence of chief guest Ambrish Singh Bhola, while Dr. V.P. Singh (MBBS, MD) attended as the special guest. Specialist doctors examined patients and provided medical advice. Free tests including blood pressure, RCB, BSD, TFT and SpO2 were also conducted.
Dr. Chandrashekhar Singh, President of Ganesh Dham Vikas Samiti, said the objective of the camp was to provide accessible health check-ups to residents of the area and create awareness about preventive healthcare.
Lions Club members and office-bearers including Neeraj Singh, A.K. Singh, Lion Pinku Agrahari, Lion Ashok Maurya and Lion Sunil Kesari were present. Lion Deepak Agarwal served as Project Director, Lion Ajatshatru Singh as Project Co-Director, and Lion Chandrakant Singh as Chief Coordinator.
