Lions Club Varanasi Gold & Royal Office-Bearers Take Oath of Service
Varanasi, August 16, 2026: The 16th Installation Ceremony of Lions Club
Varanasi Gold and 20th Installation Ceremony of Lions Club Varanasi Royal were held at Hotel Bliss Banaras, Manduadih. Chief Guest District Governor PMJF Lion Uday Chandani, Guest Former District Governor Lion Chaitanya Pandya, and Installation Officers PMJF Lion Umesh Chandra Kakkar and MJF Lion Kunwar B.M. Singh were present.
New President Lion Kailash Prakash Maurya, Secretary Lion Ajay Agrawal and Treasurer Lion Praveen Kumar Rai welcomed the guests. Outgoing President Lion Akhilesh Agrawal presented the club’s service activities for 2025-26. MJF Lion Kunwar B.M. Singh introduced the new office-bearers, while PMJF Lion Umesh Chandra Kakkar administered the oath of office and confidentiality to the new team, including PRO Lion Milan Kumar.
The club donated a sewing machine to Shri Vindhyashwari Kanya Vidyapeeth School. President Lion Kailash Prakash Maurya said that the club will undertake new initiatives in education, healthcare, environment and social service during 2026-27.
Also present were Lion Akhilesh Agrawal, Lion Virendra Bhalla, Lion Rohan Patel, Lion Sushil Agrawal, Lion Chandrakant Soni, Lion Sanjeev Agrawal, Lion Ajay Agrawal and Lion Ravi Ranjan Agrawal, along with other office-bearers and members.
