Anurag Dwivedi Leads 80th Independence Day Celebration at Adarsh Foundation
Varanasi: The 80th Independence Day was celebrated with patriotic fervour at Adarsh Foundation under the leadership of Director Anurag Dwivedi. District Panchayat Member Ajit Yadav and Acharya Umesh Dwivedi jointly hoisted the national flag.
Addressing the gathering, Anurag Dwivedi highlighted the importance of Independence Day and urged the youth to stay away from drugs and contribute to building a healthy, cultured and drug-free society.
The programme was conducted by Sanjay Chakraborty, Shivshankar Pandey and Saroj Rai. Around 40 members of the Adesh Parivar presented patriotic songs, dances and skits conveying messages of patriotism and social awareness.
The attendees pledged to work in the national interest and make society drug-free.
